o Inside the aircraft:
If you find a lost item, you can pass it to any of the airline staff or ground handling agent’s staff.

For damaged / lost baggage, you can approach the airline’s ground handling agent’s Lost and Found Counter for assistance. These counters are located at the baggage claim area after arrival immigration. Any complaints or reports can be made at these counters located at the baggage claim area after arrival immigration.
