At 09:50 am on October 1, 2024, flight VN441 of Vietnam Airlines, departing from Incheon (Korea), brought the nine millionth tourist - Ms. An Jin Yeong to Khanh Hoa for tourism. This remarkable milestone was organized by Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism, Khanh Hoa Tourism Association in coordination with Cam Ranh International Terminal Joint Stock Company to warmly welcome the visitor, with the participation of Mr. Le Huu Hoang - Permanent Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, leaders of the Department of Tourism, leaders of Khanh Hoa Tourism Association, leaders of state management agencies at Cam Ranh Airport and related units.

The event brought a vibrant and warm atmosphere, along with significant meaning for Khanh Hoa tourism in 2024, also sent a message to domestic and foreign tourists that Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa is always a friendly and hospitable destination, hopes that tourists always choose Nha Trang as a tourist destination to experience in the coming time.

In 2024, Khanh Hoa aims to welcome 9 million tourists, including 3 million international tourists. By the end of September 2024, the tourism industry's province completed the target three months ahead of schedule when the number of visitors exceeded 9 million overnight guests, an increase of 57.9% over the same period in 2023; of which, there were 3.6 million international visitors, an increase of 147.9% over the same period and striving to reach 10 million visitors in the last three months of 2024
