Ms. Le Hong Thuy Tien – Member of the Board of Directors of Cam Ranh International Terminal Joint Stock Company (CRTC) was honored among the Top 10 “Vietnam Golden Rose 2025” awardees at the “Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswomen – Golden Rose 2025” award ceremony.
On October 22 in Hanoi, the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Forum 2025 took place under the theme “Empowering Women Entrepreneurs in the New Era.” The event was held solemnly, gathering over 500 outstanding female entrepreneurs from across the country, along with representatives from various ministries, sectors, and international organizations.
The forum was graced by the presence of Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh, reflecting the Government’s deep concern for and recognition of the vital role and contributions of Vietnamese women to socio-economic development and international integration.
At the event, Ms. Le Hong Thuy Tien – CEO of Imex Pan Pacific Group (IPPG) and Member of the Board of Directors of Cam Ranh International Terminal Joint Stock Company (CRTC) – was honored with the title “Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswoman – Golden Rose Award 2025.”

Sharing at the event, Ms. Le Hong Thuy Tien remarked:
“The Golden Rose 2025 title is not only a personal honor but also a recognition of the relentless efforts of the entire community of Vietnamese women entrepreneurs. We are not only doing business but also spreading Vietnamese values through our courage, intellect, and perseverance — helping to shape the image of modern Vietnamese women who are confident, integrated, and leading change.”
With her pioneering vision and innovative spirit, Ms. Le Hong Thuy Tien continues to be a powerful source of inspiration for the next generation of female leaders, affirming the increasingly important role of Vietnamese women in the era of global integration.
With the launch of the Incheon – Cam Ranh (CXR) service, Parata Air now operates 4 flights weekly (Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday) using the A320 aircraft—further strengthening connectivity between South Korea and Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa.

“Leadership is not about standing above others, but lifting them to rise together. When women rise, the economy rises,” emphasized Ms. Lê Hồng Thủy Tiên, Board Member of Cam Ranh International Terminal JSC (CRTC), at the WEPs Asia–Pacific Forum 2025. She shared her journey of overcoming gender barriers and leading an ecosystem of 1,500 stores, 35 member companies, and 25,000 employees, while presenting initiatives that support women-led enterprises.
Starting November 25, Hainan Airlines will operate three weekly flights (Monday – Wednesday – Friday), expanding Cam Ranh’s international network and offering travelers a more convenient option during the festive season.
